Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview panels. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and duties of the positions to be filled.
  • Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to monitor and improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
