Job Description
As a High Volume Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in building our client's customer service teams by managing full-cycle recruitment for their call centers. This position focuses on delivering against set hiring class targets while maintaining excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure successful class fills. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic recruiting and hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center positions and other center roles
- Manage hiring plans for call center classes, with 8-week advance pipeline building
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Represent the company at college recruiting events when required
- Provide proactive communication and updates to all stakeholders
- Leverage the Workday Recruit system to manage the recruitment process efficiently
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming hiring classes
Required Experience/Skills
- Minimum 4 years of high-volume recruitment experience, particularly in call center/contact center hiring
- Proven experience with class fill recruitment and hitting hiring targets
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruit (minimum 1 year)
- Strong track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in meeting weekly/monthly targets and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's Degree, or high school diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Local candidates only (within 20-30 miles of Alpharetta, GA)
- Stable work history
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Phenom People or similar CRM systems
- Knowledge of video interviewing platforms
- SPHR/PHR Certification
- Experience with MS Teams or Slack
- Previous experience in financial services industry
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or high school diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $33-35 per hour
- Standard business hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site per week)
- No overtime required
- No travel required
