regarding treasury services and investment opportunities Analyze and execute investment opportunities

with operating and reserve cash Monitor and negotiate all treasury contracts , ensuring the necessary services are being provided at the best value RFP Treasury services every 3 years , recommend a course of action, and act as project manager on any treasury transition Act as a liaison between operational teams and our Insurance Brokerage partner Monitor and manage insurance programs

and take the lead on updates and renewals Develop and publish an Insurance Broker RFP every 3-4 years , analyze submissions and recommend alternatives Manage all outstanding bonds and letters of credit

to include coordination with operations teams on new requests, renewals and cancellations Download and integrate information from bank websites, accounting systems and treasury platforms

to produce relevant cash position reports and forecasting Recommend courses of action for Senior Management from cash projections Update cash information into our systems daily Analyze and recommend more efficient and cost-effective cash management services Monitor and negotiate company credit card programs

and manage all renewals Manage lots closing

and coordinate with attorneys and title companies Assist with loan closings and bank reporting Responsible for submitting draw requests

for all development loans Manage the Accounts Payable process for Communities Track all deposits activity for the for-sale side of the business Download clearing activity, assimilate data, and distribute to appropriate parties Review and monitor check, ACH and card payments Approve ACH payment activity prior to bank transmission Perform analysis for potential business line investments
