Operations Supervisor

Description of the Role:The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick in Natick, Massachusetts. They will ensure exceptional guest service, efficient front desk operations, and smooth coordination with various hotel departments including Housekeeping and Breakfast.Benefits:Compensation: $23 per hourHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan after one yearPaid vacation and personal timeEmployee discounts on hotel staysResponsibilities:Manage and supervise daily operations of the hotelEnsure excellent guest service by training and mentoring staff Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outsOversee housekeeping operations Oversee breakfast staffHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulationsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industryExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in operating hotel management systemsKnowledge of local and state regulations related to the hotel industryAbout the Company:Hampton Inn Boston-Natick is a reputable hotel located in Natick, Massachusetts.
