Job Summary:
The F&B Supervisor at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill in Natick, Massachusetts is a full-time, hourly individual contributor role within the hospitality/restaurant industry. The position is responsible for supervising and ensuring the smooth operations of the Food and Beverage department, maintaining quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The F&B Supervisor will work closely with the management team to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the restaurant.

Compensation & Benefits:
The F&B Supervisor will receive a competitive hourly rate of $20.50 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is available including health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Food and Beverage department, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Maintain overall quality standards, including food and beverage presentation and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve operational goals
- Assist with creating and updating menus and specials in collaboration with the management team
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate any important updates or changes
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Assist with scheduling and payroll as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of Point of Sale systems and inventory management software is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and maintain a valid food handler's permit
