We are currently seeking an Estimator/Take-off person to join our team in Hialeah, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history and be self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, will be detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and experience reading plans and specifications. The candidate also needs to possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.

In addition, the following requirements are essential:

· Excellent math skills

· 3 to 5 years of experience in estimating and take-offs, preferably in miscellaneous metals

· Ability to act as a liaison between contractors and the company, providing feedback to sales, engineering, purchasing, and management

· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a take-off program like I SQFT or McGraw Hill, including job tracking

· Ability to learn our company's internal information systems and software
