This Manufacturing Engineer will help drive quality and incremental throughput and position the Company for truly exceptional growth through detailed analysis of manufacturing processes and workflow. As a Manufacturing Engineering, you will work directly with Senior Leadership and as part of a team to execute the Company’s Strategic Plan.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Focus or experience in process engineering and continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Highly analytical, technical and data-driven
  • Commitment to excellence, high standards, and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs
Company DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and improve quality and throughput by studying and improving process and flow
Evaluate processes and flow by designing and conducting research programs to measure and quality and throughput
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; and estimating future requirements
Create and maintain production log to be used for analysis and continuous improvement
Work closely with Quoting Department to better understand costs associated with custom processing of orders by analyzing extrusion prints and specifications, compiling material costs, and estimating labor costs
