Job Number: R0208831 Energy Digital Strategy and Content Manager, Senior Key Role: Provide executive-level digital communications strategy, ensuring the online presence for a government research and development client reflects its exciting role in advancing energy technology. Manage a content management plan as well as creation and updates of all content across web, social media, and email channels to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement. Oversee digital content and social media strategies, increasing reach and ensuring alignment with brand and goals. Manage all web content and updates. Analyze digital engagement data to adjust content and strategies for optimal impact. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, content management, or digital marketing Experience with content management systems, web analytics tools, and social media management platforms Experience tracking and measuring the impact of digital communications Ability to increase engagement through digital platforms, with a focus on content creation and audience growth Ability to exhibit flexibility and adaptability, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in a consulting environment Knowledge of the energy industry Possession of excellent client service skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
