Responsibilities

•Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to and from potential customers, following a scripted dialogue to ensure consistency in communication.
•Present, promote, and sell ACA health insurance plans using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers while adapting to customer resistance effectively.
•Maintain close communication with the compliance team and manager to promptly address and correct any deficiencies in applications submitted.
•Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
•Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
•Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
•Maintain punctuality and adherence to the defined work schedule, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Qualifications

•Must be a licensed health insurance agent.
•Proven work experience in sales; experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
•Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
•Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet daily closing quotas
