The Growth Marketer position is fully remote and will report to our Chief Strategy Officer. You will be our first full-time marketing employee. We are looking for an insatiably curious person who is obsessed with process improvement and has a track record of execution.

Since this role is so vital to us and we are seeking a very special and unique person, our start date can be flexible.
As our Growth Marketer, you will be tasked with a very wide variety of projects and responsibilities related to marketing and growth. Examples of focus areas could look like the following:
Coordinating website design/builds from scratch - working with designers/developers from start to finish.
Monitoring performance on our bought leads and creating systems to improve performance.
Copy/creative testing display ads and improving performance.
Managing and consistently testing/improving pay-per-click campaigns.
Developing and scaling a content/SEO program.
Maximizing customer retention through email marketing program.
No specific deep marketing channel expertise is necessary - this role is for a generalist who thrives off of learning new things.
