The Charles C. Allen, Jr. Biotechnology Laboratory (CCABL) is a key component of the ABC and is a world-class facility providing diagnostic capabilities and Biosafety Level 3 research facilities.The CCABL Lab Coordinator II reports to the CCABL Senior Scientist within the University of Delaware Avian Biosciences Center. The CCABL Lab Coordinator II manages facility operations and coordinates the activities of the CCABL, providing support to faculty, staff, extension professionals, students and facilities personnel. This position also performs a variety of technical tasks related to special operations of the CCABL such as Biosafety Level 3 operations and containment in accordance with USDA APHIS Select Agent program requirements.
