**The Team**

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join American Towers Investor Relations (IR) team. The team is responsible for all investor communications including developing transparent, best-in-class disclosures illustrating the companys financial and operational performance, and for engaging directly with the investor and sell-side communities to ensure they understand our business, strategies, financial performance, and forward-looking expectations, as well as the technological trends impacting our industry. The team also develops and executes the companys investor outreach strategies, while ensuring appropriate access to the companys global leadership team across our global investor base. The Senior Analyst contributes meaningfully to core tasks, such as targeting and outreach initiatives; effective direct engagement with shareholders and sell-side analysts; preparing earnings materials; conference, meeting, and ad-hoc Q&As; the development and evolution of strategic messaging, internal shareholder reports, and analyses; and maintaining the companys website. The Senior Analyst helps direct other required deliverables and assists with developing new reports and analyses to aid the team and other stakeholders. Examples of these projects include investor interaction summaries and quarterly shareholder reports, sell-side model reviews and consensus aggregation, as well as a wide range of other deliverables.

**What You Need to Succeed**

+ Bachelors degree required, with a concentration in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.

+ Between 46 years of IR and/or Finance experience required.

+ Workiva experience preferred.

+ Ability to effectively multitask and balance multiple concurrent deliverables, including strong follow-up skills; ability to organize timelines and follow up with internal and external customers needs.

+ Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally to drive the achievement of deliverables, including a strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

+ Self-motivated and detail-oriented self-starter; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

+ Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

**What You Can Offer Us**

+ Prepare and/or enhance deliverables, including quarterly earnings materials and other associated deliverables and ad hoc IR-related requests, while coordinating with internal teams to summarize the results of key stakeholders and peers to inform messaging.

+ Perform research using financial platforms such as S&P Capital IQ and AlphaSense, technical wireless industry reports, and external consultants, leveraging these platforms to develop investor materials and inform external communications.

+ Partner with sell-side analysts on translating public messaging and financial results into company modeling while leading the consensus aggregation process for internal benchmarking.

+ Develop targeting analyses and reports to assess the IR programs effectiveness; develop recommendations for changes to the program based on these findings.

+ Assume a lead role in scheduling and events logistics, including formulating event strategies, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective outreach, maintaining the investor calendar, and creating press releases and posting webcasting links as required for SEC Regulation Fair Disclosure compliance.

+ Seek opportunities to streamline and automate the regular financial reports relied upon by the team.

+ Develop and update external and internal presentations and update the Companys website to ensure it reflects the latest publicly available information.

+ Other duties as assigned.
