Description

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Sales Manager - Phase I who will be responsible for owning the sales cycle in neutron imaging. The Sales Manager for Phase I will manage the customer relationship, internal and external sales and customer support team, and be an integral part of a high-growth company with the potential to bring fusion technology to the manufacturers in aerospace, defense, and other industries to ensure the integrity of critical components.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Recruit, manage and develop internal and external sales and customer support team.
  • Generate and deliver qualified opportunities to build strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Responsible for securing early sales contracts and partnerships.
  • Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts.
  • Builds networks of contacts on behalf of company to stimulate interest in company's products by attending and participating in trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars.
  • Diligence with account management, planning and analytic analysis.
  • Ability to manage/prioritize sales initiatives and adapt to an evolving fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in client sales with major account ownership and demonstrated success in creating and executing on sales strategy.
  • Articulate with well-developed communication skills and proven ability to negotiate and present to executive level decision makers.
  • An assertive, self-confident personality with the ability to maintain strategic relationships
