Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Grayslake, Illinois (In-Person)
Status: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) (*earlier hours can be accommodated*)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to exceptional service. From managing incoming communications to resolving customer inquiries, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need. This is an in-person position, dedicated to delivering hands-on assistance and building lasting relationships with our clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails, prioritizing customer needs.
- Assess and address customer inquiries, processing orders, quotes, and necessary documentation promptly.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels following established procedures and guidelines.
- Cultivate trust and rapport with customers and representative groups through active engagement.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information and support to meet team and individual performance targets.
- Facilitate the setup of new customer accounts and maintain meticulous transaction records.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
