Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for legal professionals, from sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborate with law firms and corporate legal departments to understand their staffing needs.
  • Utilize various platforms and networks to source, screen, and interview legal candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals for current and future opportunities.
  • Stay updated on legal industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in legal recruitment, preferably in executive search or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, roles, and the overall legal landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and legal recruitment tools.
  • Must have professional sales acumen.
