WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Operations Support Specialist (OSS) at Enclave, is responsible for a wide variety of administrative, technical, internal, and external customer service duties that support Enclave Property Management.
  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Operations in executing best in class operations process support functions
  • Prepare and analyze data to create reports utilized by operations and support teams
  • Assist with the implementation and developing documents of new or updated standards of excellence
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure process adherence and identify process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct internal quality audits to ensure process adherence and identify training opportunities
  • Encourage and support process improvement initiatives by providing analysis from audits and identifying areas of improvement, reporting ideas from various research
  • Serve as subject matter expert on property management software, AppFolio, to provide troubleshooting, training, and updates to on-site team
  • Provide administrative support on standards of excellence including tracking, monitoring and measurement of processes, and reporting on operational performance
  • Provides support for the Director of Operations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
The skills and knowledge we look for in an Operations Support Specialist are:
  • High School Diploma required, or equivalent
  • Experience in residential leasing preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PMS Experience Required, AppFolio preferred
  • Outstanding organization and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
