Job Description: Workday Configuration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Configuration consultant for a 6+ month contract opportunity. You will be working with a Boston, MA based financial services company that uses blockchain technology for its peer-to-peer payments and cryptocurrency related products. This is a fully remote opportunity that can be done from any U.S. time zone.

What you will do:

You will be supporting our client's talent management and HR team with core Workday projects associated with dashboard design and compensation plan changes. This work includes but is not limited to:
  • Lead or support the Compensation workstream on a Workday implementation project
  • Compensation Plan Configuration / Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
  • Assist with dashboard design and reporting. Collect reporting into hubs
  • Support team in related ad-hoc projects


Requirements:
  • 5-10 Years of Experience working with cloud based human capital management software
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, information technology, business administration or related discipline.
  • Experience in Workday Configuration / Architecture.
  • Expertise in compensation plan configuration.
  • Experience designing dashboards and reporting within Workday
  • Proficient with G Suite
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy
  • Workday HCM Certification preferred
  • Financial Services Experience preferred
