If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities Convert no into yes by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends Grow and maintain customer relationships Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) Company sales meetings Follow all company outside sales representative duties Set appointments Sales talk and objection handler mastery Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects Qualifications: Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines Proven track record in sales Great communication 21 years of age or older Goal oriented Self-starter Good first impression with people Teamwork experience Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your teams goals Proven track record in sales 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience Compensation: $65,000 and benefits
