We are currently looking to add to our People & Culture team. The right candidate will be able to handle multiple projects, manage time and resources, and communicate effectively with every level of an organization.
The right candidate must understand the dynamics of balancing culture and compliance with exceptional employee experiences.
Our People Specialist will help create and maintain a positive, inspiring culture that is inclusive, diverse, and focused on the success of the employee, the department, and the organization.
Responsibilities:

Essential Functions include:
Data compilation and analysis
Compliance
Policy & Process support
Employment-related inquiries including unemployment and verifications
Support for Director of People and Culture
Preferred Qualifications:

The right candidate will:
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Focus on consistency
Ability to analyze data and create a strategy
The required skills are:
AA in HR or business-related field
2+ years HR and administrative experience
Basic understanding of HRIS and basic computer programs
Prior administrative or human resource related experience;
Ability to read, write, and express ideas and requests verbally;
Experience with public speaking and customer service;
