To learn more about being a Warehouse Associate at North Coast Electric: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuuhrjSEH2A What You Will Do Accountable for Job Site Clean-up Returns, Daily Returns and RMA/RGAs Correspond with Sales Writers for restock % and accurate credit to Customers Responsible for keeping the Warehouse In Process/Status queues clear and compliant with End of Month guidelines Primary responder and problem solver for Return emails, with a response time of 1 hour Work with Counter Team to facilitate timely and accurate return of cancelled orders and counter returns Complete weekly performance reviews of Associates using data driven metrics Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for Associates Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring Clear and concise communication skills Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus Previous warehouse experience Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others Physical Requirements And Work Environment Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Forklift and stock picker use Warehouse environment Frequent use of computer terminal and RF scanner Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance Salary & Compensation This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime Pay is $23.95/hour - $29.96/hour, DOE.
