We operate throughout Oregon, Montana, Alaska, Washington and we are part of the Sonepar group, the world's #1 electrical distributor with over 45,000 associates around the globe.What You Will Do:Accountable for job site clean-up returns, daily returns and RMA/RGA's.Correspond with sales writers for restock % and accurate credit to customers.Responsible for keeping the warehouse in process/status queues clear and compliant with end of month guidelines.Primary responder and problem solver for return emails, with a response time of 1 hour.Work with counter team to facilitate timely and accurate return of cancelled orders and counter returns.Complete weekly performance reviews of associates using data driven metrics.Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for associates.Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of associates.Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines.Other duties as assigned.What You Will Bring:Clear and concise communication skills.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes.Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus.Previous warehouse experience.Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)Forklift and stock picker use.Warehouse environment.Frequent use of computer terminal and RF scanner.Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance.Salary & Compensation:This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.Pay is $23.95/hour - $29.96/hour, DOE.What We Offer You:We offer great family-friendly benefits to full-time associates:Healthcare plansDental & visionPaid time offPaid parental leave401(k) retirement savings with company matchTuition ReimbursementEmployee referral bonusOpportunity to become a shareholderEmployer-paid short- and long-term disabilityEmployer-paid life insurance for spouse and dependentsRobust wellness programGym reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)We're proud to be a military-friendly company, and our many employee resource groups (ERGs) help you make connections and feel supported.
