Are you a college student eager to gain hands-on Human Resource experience? The HR Intern is responsible for providing compliance and administrative support on various US & Global HR projects. The ideal candidate will be commutable to our Boston Office location (2 days per week) and in their senior year of a 4-year college program with a focus on HR Management or similar.

  • Manage and track progress for required global annual and new hire trainings
  • Create internal memos for promotions, compensation increases, etc
  • Assist with data entry for semi-monthly US and Canadian payroll
  • Complete internal audits to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Schedule meetings and interviews, as needed
  • Assist in the collection of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) required reporting
  • Support on-going global culture and engagement activities
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, accordingly
  • Create accurate data reporting for various departments and executives
