Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Thomasville, Georgia. This role is pivotal in coordinating our daily logistical and supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting, possess SAP proficiency, and demonstrate a stable employment history.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily logistical and supply chain operations to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, and orders to prioritize and schedule shipments.
  • Organize warehousing activities for goods storage and distribution.
  • Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to internal or external customers.
  • Operate forklifts as necessary; training will be provided.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the use of PPE (Steel toe boots required; safety glasses, ear plugs, hard hat provided
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting is essential.
  • Proficiency with SAP preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and shipping yard environments.
