Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules in a timely manner. Responsible for processing monthly invoices to customers. Perform detailed tracking of customer cash receipts, assist with customer collections, and prepare a weekly analysis of accounts receivable balances. Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to assist in research on invoicing or other matters. Ensure day-to-day operational needs are met timely and with accuracy. Ad hoc and special projects, as requested. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. CPA certification required. OK if certification is in progress. 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. Advanced Excel experience (NetSuite experience a plus). Detail oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve when necessary. Proven ability to meet deadlines.
