Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator, working with the largest food ingredient manufacturer in the area. You will serve as an expeditor and logistics point of contact, managing assigned customer accounts, processing orders, handling customer complaints, and ensuring timely communication to keep customers informed of their order status. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Decatur, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a hybrid working model (Monday and Friday remote; Tuesday to Thursday on-site). Initial training will be on-site from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM for 3-4 weeks.
