Configure and customize SailPoint components, including workflows, rules, and connectors. Manage and maintain the SailPoint platform, ensuring optimal performance and security. Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management. Identity and Access Management: Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures. Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies. Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions. Provide technical support and guidance on SailPoint-related matters. Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users and administrators. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving IAM processes and solutions. Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and database management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
