My prominent client in the beverage manufacturing sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition & DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging) Manager to join their USA People team. This role will oversee hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Services throughout their US operations.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in corporate in-house talent acquisition.

In-Office Policy:

2 days per week in the office

Role:

This individual will ensure a smooth hiring process and play a crucial role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies. They will also contribute to various talent management and belonging (DEI) projects as needed.

Key components of the role include strategic planning, recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience, talent assessment and selection, data analysis and reporting, and compliance and diversity.
