Job Title: Treasury Operations
Job Description
Perform a variety of analytical and reporting duties in support of Treasury Services. Assist with Cash Operations, including managing daily cash positions, ensuring timely payment of EFT requests, and maintaining the Treasury Management System ("Reval"). Support the accounting team with cash, merchants, debt, investments, and related accounts. Perform month-end reporting tasks to reconcile and allocate bank fees and the liquidity portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally and with operating banks to resolve stakeholder queries. Assist with the rollout of new initiatives and technology in cash management and forecasting. Create and maintain the cash flow forecast for the company and all its entities.
Assist with Merchant Operations, including setting up new Merchant ID requests, reporting merchant activity and fees, analyzing merchant fees, and reconciling against the ledger. Support stakeholder queries and interact with merchant processors.
Carry out debt operations, including timely payment of debt service, swap payments, and collateral posting. Ensure timely payment of all administrative invoices related to the debt program and monitor project funds to process construction draws or requisitions. Prepare Letter of Credit applications and participate in debt issuances, preparing materials for governmental agencies and other parties.
Assist with Investment Portfolio Operations, including daily management of the investment portfolio, working with external investment managers, custodian banks, and other vendors. Process investment-related invoices in a timely manner and enhance reporting to provide insights into the company investment portfolio performance.
Provide audit, internal compliance, and due diligence support. Maintain dashboards across all functions using available business intelligence tools. Cross-train on other aspects of Treasury Services and provide back-up to these functions when needed.
Hard Skills
+ Healthcare industry experience (MUST)
+ 2-5 years of core Treasury operations (open to mid-level candidates who will capitalize on the learning opportunities this role has to offer)
Job Type
This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 10 Month(s). Will convert to a fulltime role after the contract period as long as the candidate is a good fit.

This is a fully remote position.
