A Hospitality Professional is someone who is Dependable, Servant-hearted, Coachable, Trustworthy, Works with a sense of urgency, has a positive disposition, able to think independently to solve problems, has a professional demeanor, ability to look ahead and is goal-oriented.Role Description - Hospitality Specialist Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating honor, dignity and respect in all guest interactions Proficiency in a particular zone of the restaurant which could include but not limited to: Receiving Guest Orders Operate a cash register and receive payment from guest in cash, credit card, or digital format Accurately count US currency and provide change to customers as required Provide a high level of hospitality to every guest Assemble & Deliver Guest Orders Cleaning & restocking of front counter, condiment stands, and restrooms Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines Work efficiently Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time Lift objects up to 20 lbs., when necessary Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods, with safety as our top priorityOur commitment to Team Members Flexible Schedules Perfect for college students Full-time and Part-time options available Time off as needed during semester breaks Industry leading pay & compensation - $16.00 Starting at $16.00 for Part-time Starting at $16.00 for Full-time Food Discounts (on and off the clock) $2,500 Scholarship Opportunities 401K benefits Health Insurance Sundays off
