My Client seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process to ensure the efficient sourcing and purchasing of goods and services necessary for the smooth operation of our hospitality business.

**This is a Hybrid role with relocation assistance

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery speed. Conduct vendor assessments and make recommendations for vendor selection. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisition, approval, order placement, and receipt of goods. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize inventory turnover. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and inventory holding costs. Analyze procurement data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, track procurement KPIs, and report on procurement performance to senior management. Manage supplier contracts, including contract negotiation, renewal, and termination. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, and mitigate contract risks. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and supply chain, to align procurement activities with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with overall business operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement role within the hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques, with a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with procurement software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to procurement operations in the hospitality industry.
