JOB SUMMARY:

The Pre Arrival Specialists' areas of technical competencies should include: Working knowledge of office equipment and computer; General knowledge of healthcare coding practices; General knowledge of healthcare insurance plans; Working knowledge of hospital clinical departments and service protocols. They are the primary point of contact between physicians, medical staff, and patients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

2 Years of Related Experience Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
