Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction and engineering since 1936, is hiring a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager at our Phoenix, AZ office. Team Fishel has a long history of specializing in heavy civil projects for the local Municipalities in Arizona.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct planning for heavy civil construction projects 2. Provide all required job reports to help coordinate project planning and execution 3. Complete as-builts and redline prints 4. Manage change order and progress billing 5. Communicate job status with customers and the project team, be responsive to requests 6. Coordinate and supervise all aspects of project planning and execution 7. May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance

Skills and Experience: 1. 5+ years of heavy civil construction project management/ supervision experience is required 2. Ability to travel as required 3. Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules 4. Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and create as-builds prints 7. Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications 8. Valid Drivers License required *CA
