salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Updating and managing applicant tracking and database management
  • Composing and managing large volume mass communications
  • Shift Scheduling
  • Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references
  • Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts
  • Completing and auditing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
  • Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory
  • Providing administrative assistance to staff (Updating databases, filing, reference checks, scanning, and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Office Manager


The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
Skills Sales/Marketing (1 year of experience is required) Direct Sourcing Microsoft Office (4 years of experience is required) Business to Business Sales (1 year of experience is required) Account Management Customer Service Coaching Recruit Sales Sourcing Communication (5 years of experience is required) Organization Time Management (5 years of experience is required) Punctuality (5 years of experience is required)
