We seeking a dynamic SMB Account Manager to spearhead revenue growth and elevate customer experiences . In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with our valued customers, pinpointing avenues for upselling and cross-selling, overseeing renewals, and working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to provide unparalleled value to our clientele. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, the chosen candidate will play a crucial part in driving our business forward.

What You'll Do:

Client Relationships Act as the primary point of contact for small business clients, addressing all account-related inquiries and needs. Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with clients. Understanding Account Goals Cultivate a deep understanding of account goals, organizational charts, and the contracting process. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and potential risks within the account. Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to discuss account status, progress, and strategic plans. Collaborate with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met and exceeded. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of small business clients. Contract Management: Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and any changes to the account. Ensure contract modifications are executed seamlessly and in line with client expectations.

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in SaaS account management, customer success management, or sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to establish rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive propositions to an audience Ability to assess business opportunities, develop and execute on account strategy plans, and go after growth opportunities (cross-sell & up-sell) Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Outreach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different functions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals Proactive and able to thrive working autonomously while staying organized
