We are seeking a California licensed Attorney (associate or partner level) to become a part of our small law firm specializing in construction law You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal matters.  May eventually be a hybrid remote and on site position but to start will need to be in Covina, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court 
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in litigation, at least 3 years
  • Familiarity with various pleading documents 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self motivated to meet billing requirements and complete tasks timely
