**Current Need**

The McKesson Contract Administration team is hiring a Lead Contract Support Specialist in Irving TX.

**Position Description**

The Lead Contract Support Specialist will be the team lead for both the New Customer Implementation teams and the Issue Resolution teams within Contract Administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Partners and maintains an excellent working relationship with McKesson Health Services (MHS), retail national account managers, manufacturers, and customers to achieve overall customer satisfaction with McKesson services to create new value propositions, increase contract compliance and profitability, effectively oversee reconciliation of chargebacks to maintain competitive advantage of working capital

* Participates and leads meetings as appropriate

* Possess solid understanding of internal and external customer, supplier, and McKesson financial objectives, and apply practices to lead in the achievement of these objectives

* Manages discrepancy resolution between manufacturer, group, and customer

* Monitors and manages data for groups/manufacturers

* Facilitates financial reconciliation of pricing discrepancies for customer and manufacturer accounts

* Responsible for meeting performance objectives as it relates to assigned integrated accounts

* Demonstrates effective leadership skills through team building and promoting team concepts

* Serve as subject matter expert on accounts, which includes possessing detailed knowledge of accounts, contracts, financial status, account profile, and trends

* Acts as a technical resource for team members and provides support as necessary

* Responsible for researching and resolving integrated account issues in a timely manner and communicating in an issue/cause/resolution format

* Perform root cause and trend analysis on outstanding issues/defects and report findings to management and customers/trading partners

* Takes the lead in working with department personnel to minimize financial exposure due to chargeback write-offs, add bills, credit/rebills, and working capital charges

* Manages assigned projects

* Communicates integrated account status and team issues to management

* Performs other tasks as required by management. Tasks may include team building, development of the Contract Analyst, performance management assistance, reporting, and coordination of HR issues

* Perform monthly QC on all aspects within the team duties and responsibility to include closed CRM, contract updates, SalesForce cases for both the New Customer Implementation teams and Issue Resolution teams

* Knowledge within contract administration, onboarding, and issue resolution are key

* Strong leadership to help drive team success along with strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

**Minimum Requirements**

Typically requires 6+ years of related work experience.

**Critical Skills**

SalesForce experience is required, along with intermediate / advanced Excel skills.

**Education**

A Bachelors Degree in a related field is desired.

**Environment**

Traditional office requirements. Large percentage of time performing computer-based work is required.
