Wat ga jij doen?
Leiden en motiveren van het marketing team, inclusief het stellen van doelen, het bieden van begeleiding en het bevorderen van een positieve werkomgeving;
Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders, zoals het marketingteam, sales- en productmanagers, om de behoeften af te stemmen en de consistentie en kwaliteit te waarborgen;
Ontwikkelen van een marketingplan voor de lange en korte termijn en het bepalen van marketingstrategie in samenspraak met het salesmanagement
Beheren en monitoren van marketingbudgetten
Bedenken en uitvoeren van gerichte marketingcampagnes met als doel onze producten en/ of diensten te promoten en de vooraf afgesproken doelstellingen te behalen
Evalueren en analyseren van lopende campagnes en dit door vertalen naar KPI
Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een effectieve content strategie om de online aanwezigheid van het bedrijf te vergroten en de doelgroep te bereiken;
Creëren en beheren van hoogwaardige content voor de verschillende kanalen, analyseren van gegevens en prestaties van content om inzicht te krijgen in het gedrag van de doelgroepen de content strategie voortdurend te verbeteren;
Beheren van de content kalender en zorgen voor tijdige publicatie van content volgens de strategie;
Bijhouden van de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen en het implementeren van best practices om concurrentievoordeel te behalen;
Rapporteren aan het management over de prestaties, resultaten en groeimogelijkheden van de diverse kanalen.
Wie ben jij?
Als Marketing- en Content Manager ben je een creatieve geest met oog voor detail en een passie voor (digitale) marketing. Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen om gegevens en statistieken te interpreteren. Je herkent jezelf ook in de volgende punten:
Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in marketing- en content management en het beheren van websites en sociale mediakanalen;
Jij bent creatief, kan autonoom werken, neemt graag verantwoordelijk en toont eigenaarschap.
Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden
Kennis van SEO en ervaring met het gebruik van tools voor zoekwoordonderzoek en content optimalisatie.
