If you are you motivated by delighting customers and representing a team, we should talk.
We are looking for more than just a traditional Business Analyst or Project Manager role. Our work does not stop when the analysis is done. As you gather requirements, you will configure the system to reflect customer needs. You will use our system tools to build applications, construct forms and workflows, author notifications, and manage payments - all without any programming. When you finish your project, you will have a functioning production system ready for launch.
On any given day, you may find yourself:
Documenting customer requirements using user stories, workflow diagrams, meeting minutes, and other client documentation.
Configuring and testing the LearningBuilder software to meet customer requirements.
Planning, organizing and tracking work using our project management software.
Communicating with customers, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with Tier III technical support.
Contributing to a fun work environment. We even have an office dog.
From time to time, we will need you to help us improve our software product by:
Documenting new product features.
Creating / contributing to customer training content.
New feature testing.
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, we expect you to have prior software implementation experience implementing the same commercial software for more than one client. This job requirement is non-negotiable.
Location:
This position is located in our Arlington VA office. For the first 90 days, you will be in office, after which you may transition to a hybrid.
We are not considering remote applicants at this time.

Requirements
The ideal senior candidate will. . .
. . . demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
. . . have experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements in the context of software implementation.
. . . have experience implementing the same commercial software product for multiple clients.
. . . be proficient with BPM methodology and tools and standard project management software and concepts.
. . . be well versed in data architecture and client-server concepts through prior software implementations.
. . . be proficient in delivering a technical solution.
. . . be able to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients.
. . . enjoy learning and actively be working to expand their knowledge base and worldview (tech or otherwise).
. . . be experienced and successful collaborating with clients and team members remotely.
. . . be present in our Arlington, VA Headquarters, and fully vaccinated.
