The Director of Talent Acquisition is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include:

Responsible for all talent recruitment & staffing needs within the organization. This position will develop the ideal and scalable support structure for the business, implement necessary changes and direct a team to execute on a data-informed strategic vision to meet the organization's strategic recruitment objectives. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition within complex organizations.

This position has full ownership over the organization's strategic talent acquisition success and delivery models through the pre-boarding process. This position oversees and coordinates organization-wide efforts for sourcing and hiring and ensures that the talent acquisition efforts align to business needs and future growth projections. Performance measures must be developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establish and oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  2. Partner with Service Line and Executive Leadership to understand business priorities and objectives, develop plans for timely fulfillment of strategic goals, and execute to drive plans through to completion. Proactively develop and implement strategies to build talent pipelines to support the short and long-term growth of the organization.
  3. Utilize data analytics to measure and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  4. Stay abreast of technological advancements in recruitment and leverage cutting-edge tools and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend appropriate use of AI in processes, when needed.
  5. Develop and execute world-class talent-engagement and onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to processes by all relevant stakeholders. Partner with HR and Operational Leadership on new hire engagement goals through effective pre-boarding processes.
  6. Understand business priorities and challenges of our unique Service Lines, by establishing trusting relationships and creating recruitment strategies to support.
  7. Manage, lead, guide, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team. Foster a collaborative and innovative recruitment culture within the team.
  8. Establish strong and sustainable relationship with college and high school programs to bring shared goals to life. Develop, communicate and oversee programs to support job shadowing and internship experiences to further build talent pipeline.
  9. Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Utilize various channels to promote the organization and attract top talent.
  10. Develop, implement, and monitor departmental budgets in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Analyze past financial performance and forecast future trends to inform budgetary decisions.
  11. Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
Position Qualifications:
  1. 8+ years of recruiting with proven experience of 5+ years in increasingly complex Talent Management leadership roles.
  2. Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for hourly, exempt and leadership positions.
  3. Advanced knowledge of UKG Pro software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes.
  4. Previous experience in designing and capturing metrics and producing various executive-level reports.
  5. Experience in all areas of sourcing, not limited to, the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as maximizing the value of time spent at open houses and job fairs.
  6. Strong leadership under pressure, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
