We are seeking a dynamic HR Associate to join our team and provide essential support across various functions including talent acquisition, client services, technology, and HR community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills, customer orientation, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive specific direction from immediate supervisor.Follow established work procedures and receive periodic checks for performance.Refer unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor for guidance.Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, HR, business, sales, or equivalent work experience.Minimum two (2) years of related experience.Recruiting experience is a plus.Core Competencies:
