Portfolio Analyst - Operations

will work closely with portfolio, program and project managers, along with PMO teams and other team members to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. The Portfolio Analyst - Operations will be responsible for developing, organising and coordinating processes, libraries, templates and reports along with project management forums, meeting cadences, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking project progress, and providing some administrative support.

Able to lead and facilitate the appropriate support, and coordination, across complex programs of work and the PMO Data Analysis , Quality Assurance, and Reporting: Design and manage processes for Data Analysis, Quality Assurance and Reporting. Analyse portfolio data, provide first-line quality assurance, improve data quality, and coordinate/deliver key portfolio artefacts to track the success of portfolio initiatives and inform decision-making for senior stakeholders, executives, and steering committee members. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

Identify key stakeholders and their relationship to program and portfolio work. Foster relationships, facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders (including Senior Business Leaders) to ensure alignment and understanding of portfolio objectives. Lead information processes:

Design and facilitate regular effective information processes including check-in meetings across the One Endeavour Portfolio to develop, manage and maintaineffective Single Source of Truth (SSoT) processes and outcomes. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Lead the collaboration with group support functions to design new and refine existing operational processes, align with evolving requirements, and establish best practices. Portfolio Library and Standards Management: Maintain the central information functions including the Team Hub site with up-to-date resources and comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Risk and Issue Management:

Identify & assess risks and issues across the portfolio, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all portfolio activities comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Community Guidance:

Provide guidance and training to the Portfolio Community of Practice. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities & drive continuous improvement initiatives within the portfolio to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of operations. Administrative Support : Manage shared mailboxes, calendars, and portfolio mailing groups, and provide guidance and support for pillar and program groups, including general administrative tasks and taking on additional initiatives as required

Qualifications Now let’s talk about you 5+ years experience as a PMO / Portfolio Analyst or Senior Program Coordinator Knowledge of, and experience in utilising, PMO, Program and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (eg PMBOK, PRINCE2, P3O, ITIL, DevOps) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Results driven with the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Able to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Positive and ‘can do’ attitude. Ability to work autonomously balanced with being a team player.
