The Senior Marketing Manager – The Home Depot is focused on the development of brand and product strategies for the brand portfolio across the Home Depot. You are a well-rounded retail and/or business to business, business to consumer marketing professional with experience in brand and channel management. You have direct experience with innovation pipeline development, consumer validation and launch execution. You will be the single contact across the marketing team to lead important initiatives and strategies across the Home Depot channel.

You will work a hybrid schedule based in our Atlanta, GA office and report to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create an engaging team environment, setting clear goals and prioritizing projects, and providing strategic guidance. Develop actionable annual and ongoing brand and product strategies based on consumer insights, category trends, competitive environment, and our needs. Brand Management: Development of the relevant brand equity framework and develop creative and supporting materials that adhere to the brand equity and support the brand portfolio. Maximization of budgets by utilizing ROI tools as a measurement of effectiveness and manage the yearly budget to include ongoing tracking of spend future commitments and budget availability. Understand category, channel, and customer insights to identify how PPG can add value to customers and consumers across all distribution channels and achieve profitable growth of the brand. Work through all levels of the organization to accomplish top and bottom-line strategic initiatives. Collaboration across the marketing and account team will be critical. Develop branded business driving promotions to close consumers at point of purchase. Manage the development, production, and implementation of marketing communications tactics. Agency Management (Advertising, Packaging, Media, Social and PR): Management of strategic and daily agency interactions to ensure communications efforts are aligned with brand strategy and positioning.

Qualifications

5+ years of Marketing experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is required. Experience in B-to-B marketing or retail marketing. High-level of overall passion and curiosity for both B2B and B2C marketing.
