The ERP Data Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of manufacturing operations by managing the configuration and upkeep of items, routings, and bills of material (BOMs) within the ERP system across various production sites. Working closely with the Design Engineering team, this role ensures the seamless integration of designs into the production process by initiating necessary ERP configurations and updates.
Hard Skills
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in data cleanup
- Experience in process improvement
- Creating & navigating routings
- Navigating/entering/creating BOMs
- Reading 3D CAD drawings & blueprints
- Familiarity with Syteline/Infor or related ERP software
- Proficiency in Excel and data tracking systems
- Familiarity with Inventor or similar CAD software
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Technical expertise in ERP system utilization
The position involves working primarily on-site due to the need to interact with physical documents and folders. The role requires frequent collaboration with design engineers, data analysts, supply chain interns, master schedulers, and purchasing groups, as well as occasional interaction with manufacturing personnel.
