Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, credit assessments, and collection efforts.
- Guarantee precise and prompt handling of customer billing and payment transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive customer data within the ERP system.
- Address customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to rectify any discrepancies.
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process and generate necessary reports.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the finance department with additional tasks as required.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
