Our Team's Impact on Syneos Health :
  • Our team designs, implements, and manages solutions for both Windows (physical and virtual) and Mac workstations. We support a healthy device posture and operation throughout the workstation lifecycle.
  • We are instrumental in the transition from traditional on-premises, domain-based compute to modern, cloud-managed endpoints.
  • We develop self-service scripts that enhance user-driven support and remediation.
  • Our collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures seamless integration and operation of workstation solutions into our developing zero trust environment .
  • We are adept at determining the feasibility of new requirements and their compatibility with current systems.
  • Our team supports efforts to automate device health and posture in an evolving, conditional-based access environment.
  • We take the lead in analyzing and resolving production issues not resolved by Tier 1 or Tier 2 support related to endpoint devices.
  • We develop, facilitate , and maintain product support materials including run books, technical diagrams, and knowledge bases. This aids in our shift-left strategy with Tier 2 Support.
  • Our team makes recommendations for improving the software lifecycle process (deployment, updates, removal) and completes process improvement activities.
Qualifications

About You:
  • You have a solid foundation with 5 years of relevant professional work experience in a large-scale environment (15,000+ endpoints), or you hold a BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with some relative experience.
  • You possess a deep understanding of multiple OS platforms, including Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux.
  • Your experience is proven with cloud-based modern device management solutions such as Intune, Tanium, Workspace ONE, or Jamf Pro.
  • You have a strong understanding of zero trust security principles.
  • Your problem analysis and resolution skills are excellent, and you can quickly discover, learn, and apply new technologies while adhering to change management practices.

You will stand out if you can showcase the following:
  • Familiarity with agile development practices.
  • Experience managing or supporting non-persistent multisession VDI solutions .
  • Functional experience in the healthcare domain and clinical applications.
  • Working k nowledge of modern Microsoft offering s (M365, AVD , Azure) .
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Tanium Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Associate) are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

The annual base salary for this position rangesfrom $63,090.00 to $126,100.00.The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
