The Opportunity:

Join Postman as a Senior Compensation Partner, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our future by designing and implementing compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. What You'll Do:
  • Design and manage comprehensive compensation structures that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
  • Work closely with leadership and HR partners to understand the intricacies of Postman's various roles, particularly in product and engineering, ensuring our compensation policies support talent acquisition and retention.
  • Lead market trend analyses, providing insights to ensure Postman's compensation packages remain competitive and appealing to a diverse and talented workforce.
  • Develop and refine policies and practices for salary benchmarking, bonuses, equity incentives, and other benefits, ensuring they support our strategic objectives.
  • Advocate for and implement inclusive compensation practices that promote diversity and equality within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to offer competitive packages to candidates, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market standards.
About You:
  • You have at least 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related field, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing compensation structures, with a keen understanding of market trends and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing at all levels within the organization.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker, with a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A passion for fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity and collaboration.

What Else?

This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $165,664 to $198,360, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
