Requirements for the Senior Partner Role:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in life insurance products
  • Expertise in financial planning with a comprehensive training platform
  • At least 4 years of experience in insurance management
  • Proven experience in recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Active Life/Health license for the respective state
  • Series 7 and 24 licenses preferred or to be obtained within six months
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Must have a good credit history
