Established in 2012, Home Helpers of MetroWest is a well-known and respected provider of non-medical home care for the elderly. We take care of our clients as if they were our own family members.

Seeking to hire experienced professional to be part of our dedicated team. Will assist with recruiting, hiring and onboarding of Caregivers as well as other daily operations and tasks (assisting with scheduling, supporting clients and family members by phone, responding to employee questions, etc.)

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 8am-2pm or 3pm (30-35 hours per week)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent computer skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Must be able to "multi-task"

- Self-motivated and efficient

- Enjoy a fast-paced setting

- Friendly "people-person" with a love for seniors

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Aiding with activities of daily living
  • Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
  • Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits

  • Meal preparation
  • Providing companionship
