Established in 2012, Home Helpers of MetroWest is a well-known and respected provider of non-medical home care for the elderly. We take care of our clients as if they were our own family members.

Seeking to hire experienced professional to be part of our management team. Will assist with recruiting, hiring and onboarding of Caregivers as well as other daily operations and tasks (assisting with scheduling, supporting clients and family members by phone, responding to employee questions, etc.)

Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8am-2pm or 8am-3pm (30-35 hours per week).

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to multi-task
- Self-motivated and efficient
- Enjoy a fast-paced setting
- Friendly people-person with a love for seniors
