To provide full administration support to the reverse logistics function, ensuring all required product is collected/recovered from the field to be processed in a timely, cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner whilst meeting customer requirements. To administer the recovery of customer owned stock and spare parts to ensure timely collection from the end user or engineer. Handling product returns efficiently, including managing customer returns, processing returned items and ensuring appropriate disposition (restocking, refurbishing, recycling or disposal). Tracking and managing inventory levels of field service engineers, optimising inventory turnover and minimising the costs associated with excess inventory. Providing responsive and effective customer service for return-related enquiries, issues and concerns aiming to enhance customer satisfaction. Analysing return patterns and other relevant data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions and customer/stakeholder experience enhancements. To control the system receipt for customer owned stock and spare parts to ensure system and cost reporting accuracy. Processing return requests from engineers to ensure the timely return of customer owned stock. Updating inventory records to reflect returned goods, managing engineer inventory levels of returned or excess products and reconciling inventory discrepancies. To process and resolve all ITS reverse logistics queries in a timely manner to ensure an efficient service is being delivered. Responsible for supporting the creation of an engaged workforce within the Supply Chain Operations teams through coaching and developing the Management team to promote a positive work culture to meet the current and future needs of the business. To support a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and commercial awareness to enhance the customer experience and financial performances. You will ideally have Experience of end-to-end processes in a supply chain environment. Ability to make decisions independently. Good analytical skills. PC literate - Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to collate data and report findings in required format. Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills.
